Orders can be placed with us in numerous ways depending on what system you feel more comfortable to use. We also offer a range of payment options which are detailed at the bottom of the page.Prices quoted on this site do not include freight

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the different regulation and models available in the USA we are unable to ship equipment or parts to the USA.

The Shopping Cart System

The shopping cart holds all items listed on our web site. You simply enter the quantity required beside the product and click the shopping cart icon. This will add the item to your shopping cart. When you are finished selecting the items you require or you wish to change or view what is in the shopping cart just click on the View Cart button. Our shopping cart uses the state of the art security system to protect any information supplied.

We offer a range of payment methods.

Credit Cards : We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard - Please include name and expiration date.

Cheque: Make payable to Cairns Mower City and include full name and address on the back of the cheque. Goods will not be sent until cheque clears approx 5 working days.

Money Order: Available through Australia Post

Direct Deposit: Bank: Westpac BSB 034167 A/C No. 934169

Please Note: When direct depositing money into our account use your Last Name as the reference number to appear on our statement for identification purposes.

Return Policy

Dear Customer,

Our aim is to provide our customers with a level of service second to none. We believe in the approach of supplying our customers with as much information as they require so they can make an informed decision prior to a purchase. We appreciatte that sometimes a product maybe ordered or supplied incorrectly so we ask that you follow the following Return Poilcy to limit any problems in returning goods.

1. Contact Cairns Mower City and advise the relevant department of the problem

2. Please do not return any goods without the prior approval of Cairns Mower City. Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted and no responsibility will be accepted for their storage.

3. Goods must be returned within 30 days from receipt of your order. No returns after 30 days will be accepted..

4. All goods returned must be in new condition within it's undamaged original packaging.

5. No freight charges will be paid by Cairns Mower City unless prior authorised.

6.Special order items including parts are non returnable unless authorised.

7. A restocking fee may apply depending on the supply source of the goods.
